Darkamber Return & Exchange Policy
At Darkamber, we want you to love what you wear! If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. Please read our return and exchange policy below.
1. Return Window You have 7 from the date you receive your order to request a return or exchange.
2. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must meet the following conditions:

The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in the exact same condition that you received it.

All original tags, labels, and hygiene stickers (if applicable) must still be attached.

The item must be in its original packaging.
Please note: For hygiene reasons, certain items such as bodysuits, intimates, and heavily worn activewear cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are defective.
3. Return Shipping Costs

Inside Kuwait: We offer a simple return process. will be deducted from your refund to cover the courier cost. (Or state "Returns are free in Kuwait" if you choose to absorb the cost).

International (Middle East): Customers outside of Kuwait are responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
4. How to Initiate a Return

Provide your Order Number and the reason for the return.

Our team will review your request and provide you with a Return Authorization and instructions on how to send the package back to us.
5. Refunds Once your return is received and inspected by our warehouse, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed back to your [original method of payment / or state "issued as Store Credit"] within [5 to 7] business days.

Please note that original shipping costs (if any) and customs duties/taxes paid on international orders are non-refundable.
6. Exchanges If you need a different size or color, the fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. Alternatively, you can contact us to arrange a direct exchange based on our current stock availability.
7. Damaged or Defective Items We meticulously inspect all items before shipping, but if you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at darkamberkw@gmail.com with photos of the defect. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund at no extra cost to you.
