1. Order Processing Time All orders are processed and packed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

    • Rate: FREE SHIPPING on all orders!

    • Estimated Delivery Time: 1 to 3 business days.

    • Note: Same-day or next-day delivery options may be available at checkout for specific areas.

  • 🌍 International Shipping (Middle East / GCC)

    • Coverage: We proudly ship to all countries across the Middle East (including Saudi Arabia, UAE, Qatar, Bahrain, Oman, and more).

    • Rate: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your location and package weight.

    • Estimated Delivery Time: 3 to 7 business days, depending on the destination country and local couriers.

3. Customs, Duties, and Taxes (For International Orders) For orders shipped outside of Kuwait, your package may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and/or fees imposed by the destination country. Darkamber is not responsible for these charges if they are applied. All customs fees and taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

4. How Do I Check the Status of My Order? When your order has shipped, you will receive an email or SMS notification from us which will include a tracking number. You can use this number to check the status of your delivery. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to become available in the courier's system.

5. Incorrect Shipping Addresses Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Darkamber is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
